After I had these plans for several years, I finally implemented the distribution map for all Loricariinae with the data from GBIF.org.

After two decades, it became clear that the website required a comprehensive modernization.
The existing design had grown outdated, lacking the visual appeal and functionality expected by contemporary users. In addition, it was not responsive, resulting in a suboptimal experience across mobile and tablet devices.
These limitations also made it increasingly difficult to implement new features and ideas, ultimately restricting further development and innovation.
